What’s Better Than a Good Read on a Cold Winter Day?

Friends,

This afternoon I will be interviewing a gifted septuagenarian, Tansy Chapman, who has just published her first novel, Rose Gray, a marvelous coming-of-age story about a girl raised in England at the end of World War II.  Rose Gray is a lovely, vividly rendered portrait of a complex marriage, the painful distortions and choices that war impels, and the struggle to selfhood that we all must undertake.  Join us if you can!  And if you can’t, pick up a copy of Rose Gray and let me know what you think!

Celebrating achievements like this one is a special treat.

Kathleen
